Purpose is to support the Facility Management with Change & Engage activities and communications to drive and sustain the behavioral change required in The Hague, Rotterdam and Rijswijk and to communicate about all the changes we make in our offices.

This is an expert role, will be part of the People, Change & Engage team, reporting to the HQ, Change & Engage lead within Real Estate with a very close collaboration with the Facility Management team. The role is delivery focused and will help drive behavioral change in project environment and will deliver the RE communications for our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

°Contribute to the overall space planning activities and help run one or multiple change programmes/relocations with different external and internal stakeholders

°Contribute to Facility Management team meetings to be able to contribute and communicate on relevant business topics

°Maintain a clear understanding of the stakeholder landscapes and engage with internal and external stakeholders to help drive the change agenda °Contribute to the design of the behavioral change programme by applying and promoting behavioral science principles, with a drive to include out-of-the-box thinking

°Measure and adapt change management effectiveness to deliver business value and achieve business outcomes

°Collaborate closely with Real Estate Experience Programme (REEP) to ensure alignment of the change and communications approach

°Collaborate closely with other related departments, HR, IT, Internal Communications, External Relations, Learning and Continuous Improvement within Shell to deliver an integrated and comprehensive set of change management interventions
Accountabilities Provide hand-on experience and expertise to the Facility Management and stakeholders in:

°Co-developing and deploying the employee experience, branding and communications for the various locations

°Applying expert change and communications advice, consultancy and execution of plans

°Partnering with other parts of the organization (IC, EC, HR, IT, Branding) to deliver innovative and high-quality change management interventions °Deliver interventions underpinned by employee data to change mindsets and behaviors

°Actively participate in the creation of an environment where members of the FM team (including contractors) feel motivated, engaged, connected, and able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements °Proven expertise in delivering change and communications for global transformations, focused on strategic and behavioral change

° Solid experience in use of the latest trends in change management methods, with emphasis on the employee experience, marketing principles and new ways of working

°Proven business transformation and change management delivery track record (strong planning and execution discipline; delivering high quality, high impact solutions and interventions)

°Affinity with future workplace trends, talent management and how Shell is positioning itself for the future

°Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills - proven track record in working as a trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex change management challenges and influencing effectively at different organizational levels

°Proven track record of playing a “change integrator role” and leading change on an individual, team and organizational level

°Deep business understanding – able to impact business culture and behaviors and processes

°Highly skilled in coaching and developing others (developing competence in others in change management Capability development/coaching)

°Courage and determination to challenge current practices and mindsets, challenge senior leaders while maintaining effective relationships

°Independent, out-of-the-box thinking

°Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused

°Confidence and ability to work in high-ambiguity work environment.
