The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a Senior Commercial Manager within the Public Sector / Healthcare Sector
Key Skill & Requirements:
* Extensive stakeholder engagement and management skills
* In-depth sourcing/category management exposure
* Strategic contract Management experience
* Strong experience developing, managing and evaluating ITTs/RFPs in accordance with PCR2015 regulations
* Extensive strategic and operational management of existing contracts and supplier relationships
* Experience in Drafting and managing business cases through approval processes, providing end to end accountability
